Die Lage war sehr gut. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Zimmer groß. auf Nachfrage erhielten wir einen Kühlschrank, Auch ein Vorteil war der Pool. Man bekam dort immer einen Platz auf einer Liege, sogar im Schatten. Da dieses Hotel etwas außerhalb des Zentrums liegt bekam man hier den Kreuzfahrtschiffpassagiere Rummel nicht so sehr mit.
Der "Schrank" ist nur eine Kleiderstange befindet sich im Badezimmer. Auch der Safe ist dort. Die Dusche kam nur von oben und sehr wenig Wasser. Keine Handbrause. Das Badezimmer war regelmässig überschwemmt. Das Personal bis auf 2 Kellner im Restaurant sprach kein Wort Englisch. Wir zahlten die Hotelrechnung und einige Rechnungen im Restaurant mit Kreditkarte. Das Geld wurde sofort von unserem Konto abgebucht. UND DIE GLEICHEN BETRÄGE NOCHEINMAL VORGEMERKT AUF UNSEREM KONTO. Was bedeutet das diese Zusätzlichen Beträge für 1 Monat blockiert sind !!!!! Das Restaurant ist überteuert

Das Hotel war insgesamt sehr veraltet und heruntergekommen! Wir waren zu 6 und das Apartment was überhaupt nicht gemacht für diese Größe, es war sehr klein und beengt. Es gab eine Küche aber nur 2 Teller und Gläser, keine Töpfe, Besteckt, etc! Es wurde erst nach und nach auf mehrmalige Nachfrage gebracht. Der Strand vor dem Hotel ist voller Algen (wie eigentlich die gesamte Karibikküste) und dadurch stinkt es leider. Der Pool ist winzig und direkt neben der Promenade, man liegt immer im Bild aller Passanten.

Hotel mit Unterkunft sehr ordentlich. Leider war das essen am abend im angeschlossenem Restaurant eine Katastrophe. 60 Euro für 4 Bier, zwei Pizzen und einen Salat. Geschmacklich wusste jemand nicht was er kocht und entsprechend tut.

„México Rundreise als Paar
+ großes Bett + sauber + Pool, Meer vor der Türe
wie ein Käfig ohne Fenster! - Zimmer ohne Fenster und ohne Balkon nicht zu empfehlen! leider bei Buchung nicht ersichtlich. absolut überteuert. - extremer Gestank aus dem Bad/Kanal. jedoch einiges kleines Fenster. - Preis Leistung absolut nicht gerechtfertigt für das Zimmer. - kein Frühstück - Personal ohne Englisch Kenntnisse wir waren 11 nächste in Mahahual (3 verschiedene Hotels) und ingesamt 10 Wochen in México. das Zimmer war mit Abstand eines der schlechteren. daher empfehle ich nur eine Buchung mit Balkon! aber dafür ist das Hotel leider absolut über den Preis-Durchschnitt von Mahahual. es gibt bessere Hotels, zu günstigeren Preisen.
